RTITB and ITSSAR Forklift Training
Forklift Truck Operator 1-5 Day duration depending on experience.
On completion of the forklift training, in addition to having covered the latest health & safety codes of practice, you will have completed a theory test and received familiarisation or corrective forklift training covering such topics as driving and steering, stacking, destacking, load handling, ramps, loading/unloading and the fitting and safe use of forklift attachments.
Objectives
To refresh job safety knowledge or teach the basic skills required and give corrective remedial forklift training to operators who though previously trained and certificated may require a short safety refresher course, to maintain the correct standards of operation at an acceptable level of safe forklift operation.
This training is carried out on a forklift truck to suit the individual trainee i.e. reach forklift, counterbalance forklift, order picker, masted and variable reach rough terrain forklift, pedestrian machines, and very narrow aisle forklift truck.
This may also be given as a one day conversion or familiarisation course, where a formally trained forklift operator may be required to convert from one machine type to another, or where control familiarisation may be required for a new machine or forklift attachment.

1 - 5 Days - Maximum 3 people per Instructor.
Certification
Certificate of Forklift Training in Basic Practical Skill and Ability.
Documentation
Training Records and Certification issued to Employer.
Course Manuals
Comprehensive Course Manual and Forklift Safety Code issued to each trainee.
